Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office - NCO 15, intends to release Requests for Quote (RFQ). This RFQ is intended as Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside, we are seeking quotes on: Evacuation Sled and Pouch Evacusled Sled2Go Model ESGO or equal product See RFQ for specific requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 339113 Surgical Appliances and Supplies Manufacturing, with a business size standard of 750 Employees. All RFQ details, to include full specifications will be included in the RFQ and attached Statement of Work, which will be released on or about October 25, 2016. Any contractor who wishes to receive a copy of the RFQ should monitor this posting. Due date for submission of quotes will be October 28, 2016, 11:00 am EST. RFQ response shall be submitted via email referencing the RFQ - VA255-17-Q-0045 in the subject line to emilio.ballentos@va.gov Questions regarding this RFQ must be received by this office NLT October 26, 2016 @ 11:00 am EST. All amendments and any other information pertaining to this Request for Quote, and answers to the submitted questions will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at www.fbo.gov. Interested firms are reminded that in accordance with FAR 4.12, prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, FAR 4.11 states that prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov) database prior to award of a contract. This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside. Only VA verified SDVOSBs in the VIP database at the time of contract award will be considered for award and non-VIP verified firms will be considered non-responsive and ineligible for award.
