- This is NOTICE is issued for a Request for Proposal which will result in a Multi-NSN Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus four-one-year option years for NSN 1560-01-011-8826 and 1560-01-011-8827. The items being procured is an Aircraft Windshield Panel. This procurement will be issued as Unrestricted, utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) and FAR 6.302-1 procedures. The Estimated Annual Demand quantity for both NSNs is 127 each. The Part Numbers are 5003566-2 & P/N# 77-019-2 for NSN 1560-01-011-8826 and P/N# 5003566-1 & P/N# 77-019-101 for 1560-01-011-8827. The approved sources of supply, Lockheed Martin Corporation (CAGE: 99696) and TEXSTARS, LLC (CAGE: 12849). Government First Article Testing is required for both NSN for 2 units (1 unit for each NSN). The required delivery schedule is 451 days for Government First Article Testing for each NSN. This is not a commercial item. This item is source controlled. Export and Configuration Control Applies. FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation issue date is 10 November 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
