- ESCALANTE INTERAGENCY VISITOR CENTER INTERPRETIVE PANELS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-83. Solicitation number L17PS00020 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFP. The RFP is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 541430, Graphic Design Services, with a size standard of $7.5M. Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management(SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. There is NO fee to register for this site. Proposals are hereby solicited for Interpretive Panels according to the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, which includes the Scope of Work, Clauses and Provisions, and Wage Determinations.
