- Market Survey PM2-MTP-0067 - Obangame Express 2017 - Zone F Vessel GENERAL: This requirement is for one (1) chartered vessel to be used during the execution phase of exercise OBANGAME EXPRESS 2017. The vessel will be used as training platform to facilitate boarding exercises in the vicinity of Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea. The vessel will be used as a boarding platform to participate in compliant boarding scenarios. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall provide one (1) Training Vessel to facilitate boarding exercises in the vicinity of Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Liberia. The Control Team (Government) will rendezvous with the vessels at anchor or pier side on 21 March 2017 for an inspection of the vessel and introduction to the Ship's Master. The Control Team will consist of two (2) USG personnel. Boarding events will occur in international waters approximately 12-30 miles off of the coast of Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea. During the day, the vessels will receive maneuvering instructions from exercise controllers. The vessels are permitted to anchor at night. AREA OF OPERATIONS: The operation area is approximately 12-30 miles off of the coast of Cote d'Ivoire, Ghana, Liberia, Sierra Leone, and Guinea. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: March 21 - 29, 2017 DELIVERY: 0800 hours local, 21 March 2017, Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire
