- Description
- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award on an other than full and open competition basis a contract to CSRA LLC, 3170 Fairview Park Drive, Falls Church, VA 22042-4516. This acquisition will provide a bridge for continuing IT services during the transition from the existing Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) Naval Enterprise Network (ONE-Net) contract to the proposed Next Generation Enterprise Network Re-compete (NGEN-R) family of contracts in support of the Naval Enterprise Networks (NEN) program office PMW 205. The bridge will be a sole source contract to CSRA LLC and will provide services similar to those currently provided via the ONE-Net contract (N00189-12-D-0002) that will facilitate the transition to the NGEN-R contract(s). A Firm Fixed- Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract is contemplated. Contract Award is estimated to be January 2017. The period of performance will be for a base period of one (1) year with two (2) six month option periods. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Responses to this notice of intent to award to CSRA LLC should be submitted no later than 19 November 2016 to Mr. Ryan Thompson, Contract Specialist, at (HQ SPAWAR) Code 2.1.5, 1325 10th Street SE, Bldg. 196, Suite 301, Washington, D.C. 20374. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
