Description

Cost/Price Worksheet Past Performance Questionnaire Past Performance Reference Sheet Surge Rate Card DD 254 DVIDS RFP This is a combine synopsis and solicitation for the Defense Video and Imagery Distribution System (DVIDS) acquisition to continue the operational capabilities presently in place, integrate DVIDS with the Public Web Program's AFPIMS and other Media Systems, transition the CMS into cloud services, to be administered and operated at the Defense Media Activity at Fort Meade Maryland, obtain and maintain an Authority to Operate and move the Technical Operations Center to the Defense Media Activity at Ft. Meade, Maryland. The requirement requires contractor to support the DVIDS transports standard and high definition 2 way live and streamed video, stories, still photographs, motion media, audio, graphics and other media hereinafter termed 'content', from various DVIDS ground satellite terminals (transmitters) worldwide to the DVIDS Operations Hub and content management system. The proposed contract will for a period of one (1) base period, with a provision for four (4) one-year option periods. Anticipated date for Request For Proposal (RFP) release is 08 Nov 2016.
