- Contract Line Item Structure (Draft) APPENDIX A Draft PWS INTRODUCTION: In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes, the attached Sources Sought (SS) Notice/Request for Information (RFI) is for information and planning purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation. MCIPAC RCO is seeking for the information to determine if any Small Business Concerns are capable of meeting the Government requirement identified below. REQUIREMENT: Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Iwakuni in Yamaguchi-prefecture, Japan is contemplating soliciting a requirement for routine and emergency technical assistance, and replace or replenish of components for Avaya Telephone Switching Equipment and associated equipment supporting voice services, to include Gigabit Passive Optical Networking (GPON) equipment installed at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Yamaguchi-Prefecture, Japan. The attachment is a draft performance work statement submitted for review by potential quoters. SUBMITTAL: The attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Contract Line Item Structure are for information and planning purposes only at this time and shall not be construed as a solicitation. MCIPAC is conducting market research and is seeking written responses with information to assist the Government with identifying potential sources that are interested in and capable of performing the work described in the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Please respond to this notice with a capability statement if interested in submitting a quote for the follow on solicitation no later than 23 Nov 2016, 08:00AM (Japanese Standard Time) / 22 Nov 2016, 06:00PM (U.S. Eastern Time).
