Description

Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC), Training Systems Division (TSD) intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) RFQ to Smart City for telephone and networking services with an estimated award amount of $42,840.00. The estimated contract award date is 23 Nov 2016. This procurement is being solicited with an associated North American Classification System (NAICS) code of 517110 (Wired Telecommunications Carriers) and a single standard of 1500 employees. The solicitation number is N61340-17-T-0010. The Government requires telephone and networking services for Government exhibits at the Interservice/Industry Training, Simulation and Education Conference (I/ITSEC) held 28 November through 2 December 2016 at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) for the following booths: 315, 337, 629, 1173, 1233, 1239, 1333, 1339, and 2170. It is a notice that outlines the Government ™s intent to contract on a sole source basis with Smart City. Smart City is the only provider for telephone and networking services at the 2016 I/ITSEC. They are under contract with OCCC to provide this service. A specification is available upon request. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Interested sources desiring to contest this synopsis may do so by asserting its supportable rationale via email to Carly Galloway, Carly.Galloway@navy.mil in an electronic format that is compatible with Word 2010, no later than 17 Nov 2016 at 1700 EST. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
