- Cradlepoint Management Licenses Support This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13 procedures, as supplemented in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number M00263-17-T-1003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-91 and DFARS Publication 20161104. This solicitation is issued as a 100% set-aside for Woman Own Small Businesses. The NAICS code for this requirement is 517911 and the size standard is 1500 employees. Offerors shall be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) with this NAICS code. Offerors shall ensure their representations and certifications are certified and up to date in SAM or complete the representations and Certifications at FAR 52.212-3 of this solicitation and submit with their quote. This is a Brand Name requirement that has been approved by the Contracting Officer. This requirement will be fulfilled using FAR Part 12 and Subpart 13 procedures. The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to the offeror whose quote represents the LPTA. The apparent successful offeror shall have acceptable past performance. The Government intends to issue one award. Submission Requirements •1. Offerors responding to this announcement shall submit their quotes in accordance with FAR 52.212-1. Submission of quotes shall include the following: •a. Acknowledgement of delivery dates and contractor's proposed delivery schedule. •b. Complete pricing information annotated in the RFQ to include FOB Destination. •c. Provide documentation that you are an authorized distributor. •d. RFQ (DD 1449) completed in its entirety and signed (Blocks #30a, 30b, and 30c); with company's information annotated on page one (1) (Block 17a) of this RFQ. •e. Written acknowledgement of all amendments to the RFQ and their terms. •1. The closing date and time for this solicitation is November 18, 2016 at 12:00pm (EST). •2. Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their submitted quote has been received and are eligible. •3. Electronic submission of the written quote is authorized. Email or fax quotes to the points of contact below. If faxed, contact the Government POC to ensure the quote was received and legible. The written submission must arrive by the closing date and time in order for a quote to be considered complete and acceptable to be evaluated. Failure of any portion of the quote to arrive by the stated deadline will result in rejection of the entire quotation.
