Description

The VA Portland Health Care System is seeking a contractor to provide annual preventative and corrective maintenance per manufacturer s recommendation as necessary, parts and labor, to maintain all beds and stretchers (See Attachments) in complete working order to Joint Commission and manufacturer standards. The two main locations are: Portland VA Medical Center 3710 SW U.S. Veterans Hospital Road Portland, OR 97239 Portland VA Vancouver Division Building 11 ( D7 - Barnes Building ) 1601 E. Fourth Plain Blvd. Vancouver, WA 98661 Secondary Locations: ( not normally found at these, but beds and stretchers have been moved there for temporary measure, and can be placed there based on patient needs ) HILLSBORO CBOC - 1925 Amber Glen Parkway Suite #300, Hillsboro, OR 97006 ( if any beds or stretchers have been moved there and cannot be moved back to the Portland Campus to facilitate maintenance ) WEST LINN CBOC -1750 Blankenship Rd., Suite #300, West Linn, OR 97068( if any beds or stretchers have been moved there and cannot be moved back to the Portland Campus to facilitate maintenance ) EAST CBOC 21600 NE Halsey, Fairview, OR, 97024( if any beds or stretchers have been moved there and cannot be moved back to the Portland Campus to facilitate maintenance ) This Solicitation will be a Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside (VOSB) The evaluation factors will be Lowest Price Technically acceptable.
