- DRAFT TRIOSS PWS Feedback Form DRAFT TRIOSS MSTC PWS_T.O.2 DRAFT TRIOSS MMAST PWS_T.O.1 DRAFT TRIOSS Base PWS The purpose of this announcement is to solicit Industry comments regarding the U.S Army Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) and Army Contracting Command, Orlando (ACC-ORL) Training, Instructor, Operator Support Services (TRIOSS) acquisition. ACC-ORL is currently considering the utilization of a Single Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (SA-IDIQ) contract to satisfy these service requirements. The TRIOSS acquisition is planned to be conducted as a Total Small Business set-aside. The Government has selected North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code 541990 - All Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services, with an associated size standard of $15M average annual revenue over three fiscal years as part of its strategy. The anticipated ceiling value for the TRIOSS acquisition is estimated to be $197.6M. The attached "DRAFT" TRIOSS Basic and Task Order PWSs are posted for industry review and comments. Please provide comments on the clarity of the draft PWSs description of technical areas as well as other types of additional information that would improve understanding or clarity of requirements. All comments/questions that will assist the requiring activity in refining its requirement will be evaluated and the DRAFT PWS will be amended accordingly to reflect any changes the requiring activity deems necessary to make. Companies may submit PWS questions and comments via email at usarmy.orlando.peo-stri.mbx.trioss@mail.mil. Please use the attached TRIOSS PWS Feedback Form for consolidated comment submission. Comments and feedback are being sought with a suspense date of 22 December 2016 at 11:30 a.m. (EST). Request all comments be submitted to usarmy.orlando.peo-stri.mbx.trioss@mail.mil. Please reference all e-mail correspondence with the following subject line: Company Name RFI No W900KKIO0001-TRIOSS. All responses must include the following information: Company Name; Company Address; and Point-of-Contact (POC) name, phone number, and e-mail address. This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This announcement is not intended to guarantee procurement of any services, and shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to enter into a contract. Further, ACC-ORL is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice; all costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the interested party's expense. Submittals will not be returned to the responder; neither will Respondents be notified of the Government's evaluation of the information received. No telephone inquiries will be accepted. Other than responses to this draft PWS, no other responses or inquiries will be accepted. Late comments may possibly not be considered. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Not responding to this notice does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on the government-wide point of entry Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of potential offerors to monitor the Government wide Point of Entry for additional information pertaining to this requirement.
