Description

The Philadelphia VAMC has a requirement for (Brand Name) Roche HIV and HCV Reagent Kits for the Lab Department. The solicitation number is VA-244-17-Q-0162 and it is issued as a Combined Synopsis, Request for Quotation (RFQ) with an approved Brand Name Justification. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-82. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 325413 with a small business size standard of 1250 employees. All items will be delivered to VA Philadelphia, 3900 Woodland Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19104. Successful offer will be the one that provides the Lowest Price Technically Accepted (LPTA). Please read the entire solicitation. Offerors are responsible for all terms, clauses, and conditions contained therein. This solicitation is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) and Vendor Information Pages (VETBIZ) prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov and www.vip.vetbiz.gov Brand Name, New equipment ONLY, NO remanufactured or used products. No "GREY" market items. Offer   MUST be good for 30 calendar days after submission Quotes shall be submitted by email to Ronald Kline (Ronald.Kline@va.gov). Quotes are due by 12:00 noon, Eastern Time, on Monday 11-21-2016. FOB Destination CONUS (Continental U.S.) Shipping charges shall be included in the purchase cost of the products. Sellers shall deliver the products on the own conveyance to the location listed on the purchase order. All Items must arrive at the Medical Center on 11-23-16. No partial shipments.
