- REPAIR SPECIFICATION WORK ITEMS CONTRACT WORK ITEM LIST Solicitation Document Combined Synopsis/Solicitation GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTION: Per U. S. Coast Guard Area Pacific 3100.5A, the vessel is restricted from Washington homeport CPBs: Strait of Juan de Fuca and Puget Sound Washington. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-91. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. The NAICS Code is 336611, Ship Building and Repairing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. The solicitation number is HSCG80-17-Q-PV1346. The requirement is described in the statement of work titled, USCGC SEA DEVIL (WPB 87368) SPECIFICATION FOR DRYDOCK REPAIRS Rev-0, Dated 08 November 2016. Prospective offeror is responsible for downloading the solicitation RFQ, all attachments, memorandums, and amendments. The offeror is responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps https://www.fbo.gov website for the release of any amendments. The Purchase Order will be awarded on a Firm Fixed price. Quotations are due on or before 0800, 28 November 2016 (PST), to Cabin Long via email at Cabin.S.Long@USCG.MIL. Offeror(s)' quotation must include all of the information, as required and as applicable, found in FAR Clause 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items (OCT 2015), which is incorporated by reference. 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference (Feb 1998) This solicitation incorporates one or more clauses by reference, with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text.
