THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION BUT A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE WHICH WILL BE LISTED UNDER NAICS CODE 561210. THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE POSTED ON, OR AROUND December 9, 2016. SERVICE CONTRACT WAGE RATES APPLY. The offeror shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, custodial, pest control, integrated waste management, grounds maintenance and landscaping/pavement clearance at the Marine Reserve Training Center, 8820 Somers Road, Jacksonville, FL. This project is being set-aside 100% for HubZone firms. This solicitation will result in one combination firm fixed price (FFP) and indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. The period of performance for this contract includes a base plus (4) option years for a total not to exceed 60 months. The Financial magnitude of this project is between $70,000 to $500,000. COORDINATION WITH THE CUSTOMER IS CRITICAL TO THE SUCCESS OF THIS PROJECT. Interested firms were be required to submit a proposal response to the solicitation which will include non-price evaluation factors and a pricing information. HubZone firms interested in this project are encouraged to register in Federal Business Opportunity database at https://www.FBO.gov to obtain the solicitation and any issued amendments that are issued.
