The overall tasks include researching, planning, designing, developing, implementing, integrating, applying, and developing transitioning capabilities dealing with Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) to DTRA and its customers. Any and all questions concerning this RFP, including technical questions, shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer (CO), Ms. Karen Beveridge, at dtra.belvoir.J3-7.mbx.j37aasrfp-hdtra1-16-r-0039@mail.mil. All DTRA technical personnel have been strictly prohibited from discussing this requirement with any contractor personnel. NOTE: All questions shall be submitted no later than Close of Business (COB) on Monday, 05 December 2016.
