Boeing has a Basic Order Agreement (BOA) established with the Government so a RFP Letter will be issued to Boeing and no Solicitation will be issued to DIBBS unless additional inquiries are made to the Acquisition Specialist. Item is not Critical Application nor export control applies. Item is not commercial nor Critical/Flight Safety as of 11/16/2016. Item is in accordance with Part Number 7-311150146-163 requirements.
