- Desired Services: 1. 12 month period of performance executive leadership one-on-one Cohorts training. - Multiple Points of contact for each individual. -- Initial Meetings should: The purpose of this Training should be to establish a baseline understanding of overall "health" of the Executive leadership as measured by alignment with organizational goals, stress, belief that solutions exist and may be identified, and awareness of their role in supporting/assisting the Technical Leaders cohort. Identify each individual's personal development objectives and work to help that individual identify a "win-win" scenario where their individual goals could be alighted with organizational goals. Establish goals/activities to execute and metrics to assess achievements. --Subsequent meetings should: Assist individuals with interpreting the data collected for their metrics. Pivoting their activities based on feedback obtained. Provide accountability to the effort. - At least 25% of all meetings for each individual should be in person with the remaining 75% permitted to be done remotely as appropriate - initial meeting is required to be completed in-person by the contractor. - Division Director - 1 hour meeting every other month (6 total 6 hours). - Deputy Director- 1 hour meeting every month (12 total of 12 hours). - Senior Scientist - 1.5 hour(s) meeting ever month (total of 18 hours). - Executive Leaders - 4 person for 16 hours each (2 times per month for the first 4 months, then on time per month for the remaining 8 months) (total 64 hours) At the following three time points, a report must be produced by the contractor detailing any overall trends for recommendations than the director should act upon. - 3 months after award - 8 months after award - 11 months after award A total of 6 hours. 2. Technical Leaders Cohort 12 month period of performance executive leadership one-on-one Cohorts training. - Multiple Points of contact for each individual. -- Initial Meetings should: The purpose of this Training should be to establish a baseline understanding of overall "health" of the Executive leadership as measured by alignment with organizational goals, stress, belief that solutions exist and may be identified, and awareness of their role in supporting/assisting the Technical Leaders cohort. Establish goals/activities to execute and metrics to assess achievements. -- Subsequent meetings (2nd, 3rd, and 4th quarters) Assist individuals with interpreting the data collected for their metrics. Pivoting their activities based on feedback obtained. Provide accountability to the effort. -- The 1st quarter meeting must be completed in-person by the contractor with two of the subsequent three meetings being permitted via remote technologies. -- 4th quarter meetings must be completed 45 days prior to the end of the contract. 9 persons x 4 hours each (on meeting per quarter for a total of 36 hours). -- From this population of Technical Leaderships' Cohort, additional coaching for identified informal of formal leaders with additional influence or challenges is recommended. These individuals will be determined by consultation with the senior scientist and the branch chiefs after initial assessment of the organization of the first meetings' with all individuals (Hours to be distributed depending on number of individuals for a total of 18 hours) -- At the following three time points, a report must be produced by the contractor detailing any overall trends for recommendations than the diurector should act upon. Within 15 business days of all 1st quarter meetings being completed. Within 15 business days of all 2nd quarter meetings being completed. Within 15 business days of all 3rd quarter meetings being completed. Within 15 business days of all 4th quarter meetings being completed - must be received by the government 30 days prior to the end of the contract. (Total of 8 hours) 3. Relationship building activities for all members of NPPTL Leadership -- Training sessions to design to be interactive and (1) to support/complement the information provided by the above training; (2) foster relationship and team building amongst the NPPTL leaders; and (3) provide support to the issues being raised during the one-on-one meetings being held by the contractor. Designed to accommodate - 16 individuals. 12 month period of performance with each training session being at least one quarter of a calendar year apart unless otherwise requested by the government. ** The prices of all preparation, debriefs, materials, and handouts MUST be included with proposal/quotation or abilities statements.
