Page 1 of 1 The Buffalo VA Medical Center 3495 Bailey Ave. Buffalo, New York and the Batavia VA Medical Center222 Richmond Avenue, Batavia, New York have a requirement to lease two new plotter/scanner/CD burner units, one for each facility, from 01/01/2017 through 12/31/2017, to include four option years. The plotters shall meet at a minimum the following requirements: Plotter: Capable of producing prints in color and black and white in sizes ranging from A (8-1/2 x11 ) to E (36 x 48 ) at a minimum resolution of 2400x1200 optimized DPI. Shall include automatic roll feed. Scanner: Capable of scanning and copying prints at least 36 wide in color and black and white with variable resolution settings. Touchscreen  controls Capacity to read/write CD s and DVD s, and the ability to save scanned documents onto CD s and DVD s The contractor shall deliver, setup the plotters at each facility and provide a technician to instruct users at each facility on the plotters operation. The contractor shall also provide onsite service support of the plotters to include repair and maintenance of both devices. All parts, travel and labor shall be included in the terms of the lease. Technicians shall be onsite within The NAICS Code is 423430. The expected cost range for this firm fixed price contract to include four option years is between $50,000.00 and $100,000.00. This sources sought is to determine whether there is sufficient interest to warrant either an open market or a small business set aside competition for this procurement.. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the Syracuse VAMC. Please note at least 50 percent of the cost of personnel for contract performance shall be spent for employees of the concern for a proposal to be considered for a small business set-aside.
