- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement for delivery of Mobil Guard ADL 40 Oil to the Motor Vessel Mississippi. Contractor is required to provide supplies/services to satisfy this requirement for the USACE Memphis District. Supplies/services will be provided in accordance with the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is W912EQ-17-T-0002 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This is a Small Business Set-Aside procurement. The associated NAICS code is 324191. A copy of solicitation may be downloaded from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site https://fbo.gov on or about November 22, 2016. Response to this solicitation must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivered by date and time indicated on solicitation; regardless of method of delivery, it is the offeror's responsibility to ensure receipt of quote by the time and date stated therein. Quotes should be marked with solicitation number W912EQ-17-T-0002 addressed to USACE Memphis District, Contracting Division, ATTN: Valerie Marshall, 167 N. Main St., Room 665, Memphis, Tennessee, 38103; Phone (901) 544-3619. Vendors not registered in SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) database prior to award will not be eligible for award.
