Page 1 of 1 This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a Request for Proposal, Request For Quote, or Invitation For Bid. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS) 2400 Canal St, New Orleans, LA 70119 is seeking interested contractors to provide and install (6) Waste Management System in the Diagnostic and Treatment Building and the Outpatient Building located at the above location. Please refer to the attached Statement of Work for specifications, delivery timeframes and other deliverables. Interested Offerors may submit a response via email to Valarie Labat Contract Specialist valarie.labat@va.gov. Responses are due no later than Tuesday November 29, 2016 by 11:00 a.m. CST. Respondents should include as part of their submission: Indicate if you are providing Brand Name or an or equal product, provide technical Literature listed in the Statement of Work; Provide Technical Specifications of what the government is being offered Indicate if you can provide all supplies and services listed in the Statement of Work Please do not submit a price quote as this request is for market research/informational purposes only.
