RFQ - NNX17608091Q Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Quantity 1 - CCD Camera suitable for making measurements 350,675, and 1020 nm to support altitude registration (350 nm) and aerosol detection (675 and 1020 nm): Maximum housing size: 4.75" x 4.75" x 15"(W x H x L) QE: >15% @350nm, 70% @675nm, >15% @1020nm Analog to digital converter resolution: 16 bit Frame rate: >4 frames per second {full frame) Pixel pitch: 13um Detector size (pxls): 1024 x 1024 or higher Max detector size: 0.6" Minimum active area well depth: 100k e­ Read noise: <15e- Cooling: TEC based Shutter USB2 or USB3 interface control software NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC). This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-90. The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ), NNX17608091Q. Additional details are included in the attached RFQ file. The attached RFQ file is hereby incorporated into this solicitation. Submitted offers shall be F.O.B Destination for this procurement. Offers submitted on a basis other than F.O.B, Destination will be rejected as nonresponsive. This Procurement is Set Aside for Small Business The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334511. The Offeror shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. However, any award from this RFQ shall require the potential vendor to be certified within the System for Award Management System (SAM) and completion of Reps and Certs in the SAM system prior to award at www.sam.gov. Quotes for the item(s) described in the RFQ file are due by 11/28/2016 by 12 p.m. CT to Maurice M. Prevost at Maurice M. Prevost@nasa.gov in order to be considered for award. Late submissions of quotes will not be accepted. If the end product offered is other than a domestic end product as defined in the clause entitled "Buy American Act -- Supplies," the offeror shall so state and shall list the country of origin. All contractual and technical questions must be in writing (e-mail) to Tanya Burnett at tanya.r.byrnett@nasa.gov no later than 11/25/2016 by 12 p.m. CT. Telephone questions shall not be accepted.
