- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notification; quotes/bids are being requested for Repair and upgrade to a Lenel Security System. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under OPEN MARKET GSA Reverse Auction ID 7863. THE RFQ Number is N00189-17-T-G009 plus Amendment 0001. ALL QUOTES/BIDS must be submitted through the GSA Reverse Auction website in order to be considered for award. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561621 with a small business size standard of $20.5 Million. This requirement is a total set-aside for small business. BID CLOSING DATE IS 14 DEC 16. Please see the Auction RFQ on ReverseAuctions.gsa.gov for a full description of the requirements to be acquired including period of performance. This RFQ does offer the opportunity for a site visit. Any contractual and/or technical questions must be submitted in writing via the GSA Reverse Auctions platform unless otherwise indicated herein. Questions not received within the time period established in the auction may not be considered. Prior to submitting a bid, Vendor(s) shall be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) per FAR 52.204-7 System for Award Management. Registration instructions may be obtained online at www.sam.gov. By submitting a quote/bid, the vendor acknowledges the requirement to be registered in SAM prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract or purchase order resulting from the RFQ. To be eligible for award, vendor(s) must be registered in SAM under the appropriate NAICS code. In addition, unless available via SAM (i.e. www.sam.gov) vendors shall include a completed copy of their Representations and Certifications with their bid.
