East: South on Kansas Ave and Colorado St. to Louisiana Ave; East on Louisiana Ave to Weatherford St; South on Weatherford St. to Texas Ave; East on Texas Ave to Ft Worth St; South on Fort Worth St. to Industrial Ave. South: West from Industrial Ave and Fort Worth St. to Marenfeld St. West: North on Marenfeld St and Industrial Ave to Kentucky Ave; West on Kentucky Ave to B St; North on B St to Indiana Ave; West on Indiana Ave to C St.; North on C St. to Wall St; E on Wall St to A St.; North on A St. to Ohio St. Minimum Sq. (RSF): 1,881 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Parking Spaces ( Secured): Parking Spaces (Unreserved): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Firm Term: 15/10 Option Term: HOW TO OFFER: The Automated Advanced Acquisition Program (AAAP), located at https://aaap.gsa.gov, will enable interested parties to offer space for lease to the Federal Government in response to RLP 17-REG07. In addition, the Government will use its AAAP to satisfy the above space requirement. Interested parties must go to the AAAP website, select the “Register to Offer Space” link and follow the instructions to register. Instructional guides are offered in the “HELP” tab on the AAAP website. Once registered, interested parties may enter offers during the ”Open Period,” which will typically be the 1 st through 7 th of each month, ending at 11:59 PM EST on the 7 th of the month. The next Open Period is December 1, 2016 to December 7, 2016, ending at 11:59 PM EST. Lease award will be made to the lowest price, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations, based upon the RLP requirements package found on the AAAP website. During the Open Period, offerors will be permitted to submit new offers or modify existing offers. Offerors can draft an offer at any time; however, you can only submit an offer during the Open Period. The offered space must comply with RLP 17-REG07 and must meet Federal Government, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards in accordance with the terms of the Lease.
