Description

VA69D-15-Q-1386 Part-time Perfusionist Services Madison VA Hospital The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC), on behalf of the Madison VA Hospital, is seeking offers from FSS contract holders who have Board Certified Perfusionists who are capable of providing services at the Madison VA by January 1, 2017. This procurement is unrestricted among FSS contract holders. All interested parties who believe they can satisfy the solicitation requirements are invited and encouraged to provide a quotation in response to the Request For Quotation (RFQ). Electronic versions of the solicitation will be available November 23, 2016 and may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.fedbizopps.gov, select Find Business Opportunities and enter the solicitation number. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at this URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining all amendments. Questions to this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer no later than 3:00PM Central Time, November 30, 2016 to the following email address: Jamila.nicholas2@va.gov. No other form of communication will be accepted.
