- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Keysight Technologies, Inc. The requirement is for REPAIR SIGNAL ANALYZER. This notice of intent is not a request for quote.
