Description

TITLE: NOCA - B-2 B61-12 Rotary Launch Assembly (RLA) System 2 Harnesses DESCRIPTION: This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) Submission. This is a Notice of Contract Action (NOCA). The AFLCMC/WWZ B-2 Division is contemplating the issuance of a Sole Source Contract with the Boeing Company, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. No solicitation is being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to either issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of a response to this notice. Authority: The statutory authority, which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition, is 10 United States Code (USC) 2304(c ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). This authority is supported by an approved J&A. The program office plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government anticipates awarding a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the B-2 B61-12 Rotary Launch Assembly (RLA) System 2 Harnesses. The current status is Pre-Solicitation and it is a Category 59 - Electrical and electronic equipment components
