- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION - ACTIVITY-BASED INTELLIGENCE The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Human Development Directorate (HD), is seeking information from companies with the capability to develop advanced analytic scenarios to support the National Geospatial Intelligence College's (NGC) Activity Based Intelligence (ABI) training program. This Request for Information (RFI) is issued in accordance with FAR 52.215-3, Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes (Oct 1997), with the purpose of obtaining information from interested companies who can provide training services to meet NGC's requirements as described in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW) dated 15 July 2016. This RFI is an opportunity for industry to submit their Capability Statement, a white paper, and accompanying storyboard which together illustrate how they can support this requirement. Accordingly, industry is requested to respond to the questions provided in the RFI and comment on all aspects of the draft PWS THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Further, NGA is not seeking proposals at this time and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI - all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Any information submitted in response to this RFI will not be returned. Interested vendors may view the RFI and the DRAFT SOW dated 15 July 2016 in its entirety on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov). It is the responsibility of the potential offerors to monitor these sites for additional information. All Responses are due NLT 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 5 December 2016. This RFI is only intended for the Government to identify sources that can provide the needed services to fulfill the Government's requirement in accordance with the DRAFT SOW dated 15 July 2016. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The Government has not made a commitment to procure any of the services discussed, and release of this RFI should not be construed as a commitment or authorization to incur cost for which reimbursement would be required or sought.
