S ynopsis/Solicitation N00178-17-T-0007 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation. This requirement is not eligible for small business set-aside. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), intends to procure a Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) Protection Module. The manufacturer of the Modules is Lamar Technologies LLC. Item# Description Mfr P/N# Qty Unit 1 Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) Protection Module EMI-TN-2 140 each 2 Shipping (if applicable) 1 Lot ****DELIVERYINFO**** Request 30 Days ARO on the first 95 Modules and 60 Days ARO on the remaining 45 Please include shipping/freight cost for FOB destination Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) will be utilized for award in accordance with FAR Part 12. The order shall be firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on registration in SAM by calling 866-606-8220, or via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov. Quote is due 5 December 2016, no later than 12:00 p.m. EST with an anticipated award date by 3 January 2017.
