- This is NOT a request for quote. This is a notice of the Government's Intent to Award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Standard Parking Corporation pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD is made in accordance with FAR subsection 6.305, Availability of the justification. The CFPB currently leases office space to house approximately 200 employees, from Brookfield Office Properties, on several floors of 1625 Eye Street, NW. However, the building lease does not include parking. The CFPB currently has a contract with Standard Parking Corporation for these spaces at 1625 Eye Street. The CFPB is seeking to extend the lease for the 50 parking spaces for a period not to exceed twelve months, as the Agency is tentatively scheduled to move out of 1625 Eye Street, NW in September 2017. At this time, employees at 1625 Eye Street, do not have the option of parking at CFPB Headquarters at 1700 G Street. CFPB intends to award a sole source contract to Standard Park ing Corporation in order to continue the lease for parking spaces underneath CFPB's offices located at 1625 Eye Street NW, Washington, DC 20006. Three of the fifty parking spaces must be able to accommodate handicapped accessible vehicles, and the parking from Standard Parking Corporation provides for these. The Government will not consider any quotes submitted as a result of this announcement. The approved and executed "Justification and Approval For Other Than Full and Open Competition" will be available for public review on FedBizOpps within the next few weeks.
