Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, on behalf of the Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Salem, Virginia is conducting market research to find vendors that are capable, willing, certified to conduct Nuisance Wildlife Removal and Pond Management services. The contractor must have a Commercial Nuisance Annual Permit from the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries. Vendors will be required to maintain wildlife for the entire campus, maintain pond weed for two ponds (3.96 acres), and stock ponds with fish. Please be aware that the use of chemical is not required. However, if chemicals are used the vendor will be required to abide by Virginia State Laws as it pertains to the particular chemical(s). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 114210 Size Standard: $5.5 million, and the Classification code is H342. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: Company name and DUN # POC information Business size and socio-economic classification (for example SDVOSB, Woman-owned) Is this item available on FSS Schedule?
