Description

This modification is issued to answer questions received regarding this requirement: TRANSPORTATION: Materials will need to be delivered to Blount Island in Jacksonville, FL. The Navy will provide the shipping from Blount Island to Cuba. The driver(s) will need to have a Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC) card to deliver materials to Blount Island or an escort service can be arranged to have the materials delivered. There will be more information/guidance provided in the combined synopsis/solicitation that will be issued very soon regarding the transportation. OTHER MATERIALS NEEDED: This requirement is ONLY for the materials listed in this notice.
