- Pre-Solicitation Summary for Draft Concession Contract No. CC-MUWO002-17 The National Park Service (NPS) intends to issue a Prospectus soliciting proposals in response to a business opportunity to operate a visitation reservation system and on-site parking management service at Muir Woods National Monument. The NPS has posted a Pre-Solicitation Summary for Concession Contract No. CC-MUWO002-17, which is attached to this announcement. In order to provide interested parties enough time to make necessary arrangements, the NPS is providing advance notice of a one day site visit scheduled for January 18, 2017. This site visit is an opportunity for all interested parties to tour the concession areas. Attendance is not required in order to submit a proposal, however attendance is encouraged as this will be the ONLY site visit provided by the NPS. You must sign up in advance to attend the site visit by emailing David Miyako at david_miyako@nps.gov no later than January 13, 2017 to reserve a spot. The email must provide name of entity, a list of all attendees, and name of primary contact, including phone number. At that time you will receive further instructions regarding the site visit. Site visit attendees are responsible for their own lodging, meals, and incidentals, and are advised to make lodging reservations well in advance of the site visit date.
