Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source 2016 Object Management Group membership The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Program Contract Activity Central (PCAC) intends to solicit to only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106, Soliciting from a Single Source. The VA intends to solicit to Object Management Group (OMG) for the purchase of a one year annual group membership with Object Management Group. The membership will allow the Veteran Affairs: Ability to download specifications subject to ballot Domain Technical Committee Meeting Attendance Domain Technical Committee Vote Platform Technical Committee Meeting Attendance Task Force Attendance Task Force Vote Subcommittee Attendance Subcommittee Vote Special Interest Group Attendance Special Interest Group Vote Technical Committee Documents Can hold an OMG Board of Directors seat Can hold an Architecture Board seat Can propose Technology for Adoption Send/Receive On OMG Email Lists This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
