Description

The Pre-Solicitation Notice originally issued on Apr 2, 2016 as stated in paragraph 6. SET-ASIDE INFORMATION, and all subsequent amendments issued thereto, is hereby changed to read as follows: This procurement is a 100% Total Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) AE firms under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541330, Engineering Services (Small Business Size Standard $7.5 Million). Verification of SDVOSB status will be done via confirming current registration in the Center for Veterans Enterprise Vendor Information Pages database (vip.vetbiz.gov). The Government intends to make eight (8) awards to SDVOSB AE firms. The awarded contracts will be firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The IDIQ contracts will be for one base year from the date of award with option to extend the term of the contracts up to four (4) additional one year periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government, or until the maximum contract amount of $18,000,000.00 awarded across all IDIQ contracts is reached, whichever is earlier. Each contract awarded will have a guaranteed minimum order of $1,500.00 for the total of the base year and all option years. The minimum value of any individual Task Order is $2,500.00 with a maximum Task Order value of $1,000,000.00. Each specific IDIQ Task Order shall be competitively selected and separately negotiated based on the A/E effort involved. All non-SDVOSB firms who submitted SF330 qualification packages via the original Pre-Solicitation notice and any modifications thereto are by virtue of the above set-aside change considered non-responsive and ineligible for further consideration. All non-SDVOSB firms who submitted SF330 qualification packages via the original Pre-Solicitation notice and any modifications thereto shall not request nor shall they receive debriefs. There is no extension to the date for providing SF330 qualification packages as stated in the original Pre-Solicitation Notice and any modification thereto, therefore no additional SF330s shall be submitted nor shall they be accepted. Due to the fact Stage I Source Selection is complete, SDVOSB AE firms who submitted SF330 qualification packages are not permitted to submit updates or changes.
