Description

VAMC Salisbury, 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, North Carolina intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for AudioCare software, listed below. Appointment reminders via Text Message (with patient preference). Integrated with VISTA and AudioRMINDER. 1 each Automated Cancellation Notification Via Telephone. 1 each Automated Cancellation Notifications Via Text Message. Integrated and AudioCANCEL. 1 each AudioCARE Base SMS Software platform which includes SMS license for up to 120,000 texts/year. Software and text message delivery fees included. 1 each This requirement is intended for award to: MUMPS AUDIOFAX dba AUDIOCARE SYSTEMS under the authority 6.302-1. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 541512. Small business size standard: $27.5 million. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 3 business days of publication (on/before December 8, 2016). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
