Notice Type: Posted Date: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation December 5, 2016 Original Set Aside: Response Date: Open Market Service-Disabled Veteran Owned December 8, 2016 @ 2:00 p.m. Small Business Classification Code: NAICS Code: J041 Maintenance and Repair of Refrigeration, 811310 Commercial and Industrial Machinery Air Conditioning Equipment. and Equipment Repair and Maintenance Synopsis: The WJB Dorn VA Medical Center located in Columbia South Carolina intends to negotiate a firm fixed priced contract for services to remove and replace rubber insulation from chiller body, water boxes, stove pipe 90 degree pipe and drain piping under chiller body. Also clean surfaces and scale before installing 1 inch thick Armacell Rubber Insulation or equivalent using Armacell 520 adhesive or equivalent. Evaluation Criteria: Past performance Technical capabilities Offerors must be listed as verified in VIP. Unverified offerors will be considered non-responsive to this solicitation. LPTA Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Any vendor who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a bid to the contracting office no later than December 8, 2016, at 2:00 p.m. EST.
