- This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a sources sought synopsis only. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) qualified sources relative to NSICS 621498, All Other Outpatient Care Centers (size standard $20.5 Million). Responses to the synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on the FedBizOpps website. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, is seeking potential certified (with CVE) SDVOSB/VOSB vendors who have the ability to own, operate, manage, staff and provide primary care service to Veteran beneficiaries within the VA North Texas Healthcare System (VANTCHS). The VANTHCS has a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) site that serve Veteran beneficiaries within the communities that they live in, relieving them of the undue burden of traveling to the Dallas VA Medical Center which is over 45 miles from their homes. The current contract provides primary care services and space for VANTHCS to provide mental health care and telehealth care services. The statement of work is attached for review and to better understand the breadth and depth of this requirement. The following needed CBOC is: Denton, TX 7,700 Veteran beneficiaries enrolled Responses to this notice should include a company name, address, point of contact (Name, Phone Number and e-Mail address), size of business (SDVOSB or VOSB) and a capabilities statement. All vendors/contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management www.sams.gov to be eligible for any government contract. Failure to register in the System for Award Management will result in award to the next qualified vendor. Additionally, if you are a SDVOSB/VOSB you must have a CVE on record on the VET BIZ website in order to claim this socioeconomic category. Responses to this notice shall be e-mailed to the attention of Jennifer L. Salerno-Diciuccio, Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, 2002 Scott Boulevard, Temple, TX 76504-7451. E-mail address is Jennifer.Salerno-Diciuccio@va.gov. Telephone, mail or fax responses will not be accepted. Responses must be received no later than January 6, 2017 at 4:30 PM CST. This notice is to assist the VA in determining all available sources. The solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date and all interested vendors must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. Responses to this sources sought is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation.
