- Packaging Requirements for NSN: 2915-01-196-4314 PN Transportation Requirements for NSN: 2915-01-196-4314 PN COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR PLATE ASSEMBLY NSN: 2915-01-196-4314 PN, PN: 4033-412 PR# FD2030-17-00269 Solicitation: # SPRTA1-17-Q-0138 This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Solicitation number SPRTA1-17-Q-0138 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS). The associated NAICS code is 336412. The government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT : CLIN 0001 PLATE ASSEMBLY (New Manufactured) Quantity Range: 3 each - 4 each 5 each - 8 each NOTE: Please quote both quantity ranges. NSN: 2915-01-196-4314 PN, PN: 4033-412 AMC : 3Z Function : This plate is part of the main engine control assembly that provides control of fuel flow to the F108 engine. Dimensions: 8 inches Length x 8 inches Width x 2 inches Height Weight: 2.0 LB Required Delivery : 5 units on or before 02 April 2018 RESPONSE DATE : 11 January 2017 @ 11:59pm CST. DELIVERY LOCATION: B SW3211, USAF - TAFB Inspection/Acceptance: Origin F.O.B. Point: Origin HISTORY : 5 each on 24 September 2015 from Woodward Inc. Qualification Requirements: Do not exist. DPAS Rating: DO QUALIFIED SOURCE: Competition is limited as only one responsible source exists and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. Woodward Inc. is currently the only qualified source who can manufacture this part. The Government does not have rights to Part Number 4033-412 manufacturing, production, or process data. This information is proprietary to Woodward Inc. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to the procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. SOLICITIATION WILL BE POSTED TO FBO ONLY. INDIVIDUAL REQUESTS WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE AS FBO IS A PUBLIC ACCESS DOMAIN.
