Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89. This is a small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 621112 and the size standard is $11 million. The requirement is for four (4) FTE Psychiatrists. Delivery location is Sheridan, Wyoming VA, which is located at 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, WY 82801. The period of performance will be April 1, 2017 March 31, 2018 plus four one year option periods. Network Contracting Office (NCO) 19 requires the following items: Please see the solicitation which is attached to this announcement.
