- Space and Naval Warfare Center Atlantic (SPAWAR Atlantic), Code 22130, intends to award this requirement as an 8(a) set-aside to Chugach Information Technology, Inc., on a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to consist of the efforts required to provide Structural Enhancements and Drydock Availability (SEDA) support on U.S. Coast Guard Cutter (USCGC) BERTHOLF (WMSL-750) in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. The contractor and SSC Atlantic will provide planning, layup and test support services during the SEDA project's Detail Design & Planning Phase and the Offload portion of the Repair Execution Phase for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG), Office of Acquisitions, Maritime Security Cutter Large (WMSL)/National Security Cutter (NSC) program COMDT (CG-9321). This synopsis is posted for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No electronic or hard copy Request for Quote (RFQ) will be prepared or made available for distribution. The Government has an 8(a) quote so no need to provide one. This action is conducted under FAR Part 13.
