Description

RFQ Combined Synopsis Solicitation a. The Contractor will create and deliver design and bid packages for the installation of one (1) Video Media Wall. Specifically, the Contractor will: o Contractor will perform a site visit to match finish of existing video media wall on the NCCIPS campus. o Provide design documents for approval. Media wall will have overall dimensions of 21' 6" wide by 9' 2" tall. The top portion of the media wall enclosure will hold (8) 50" LED Displays (4 over 4). Display cabinet measures 20' 6" wide by 6' 2-1/2" tall by 1' 3" deep. Cabinetry under displays measures 21' 6" wide by 3' tall by 1' 8" deep and has 12 cabinet doors. o Contractor will verify above specs during site visit. o Contractor is responsible for design, receipt, delivery, assembly, and installation. b. The schedule for services shall be coordinated with the government (either the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or the Technical Monitor (TM)) not less than five (5) working days prior to performance of services. If downtime is required, maintenance will be scheduled at the earliest convenience of the affected data center clients. c. The Contractor will notify TM of any engineering change notices and also any production enhancements.
