- LSJ It is the intent of the Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region, to issue an order on a noncompetitive basis to MCG Energy Solutions, of Minneapolist, MN. MGC shall provide proprietary software and services. The software is unique and dedicated server is required for the MCG Integrated Asset Management (IAM) program currently used by Upper Great Plains Region. MCG is the only contractor offering this specific and compatible software. As the developer/manufacturer of the software, no other source is available to meet the needs of Western for this requirmeent.
