- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract for FSC 1560 Lower Nose Section Window. A total of 1 NSN is targeted for this contract effort. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for NSN 1560-01-116-4335 The proposed contract will be for a total 5-year period of performance. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The below NSN has been identified for this current action. If other NSNs are subsequently added, as defined by the terms of the contract, they will be synopsized separately. NSN 1560-01-116-4335 Lower Nose Section Window. Estimated Annual Demand is 174 each. Minimum Delivery Order Quantity is 44 each. Maximum Delivery Order Quantity is 174 each Maximum Contract Quantity is 1555 each I/A/W Drawing NR 78286 70216-01000 Revision NR R DTD 12/06/2013 Part Piece Number: 70216-01000-041 Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources apply This is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set Aside (SDVOSB). Only offers from SDVOSB will be considered. FOB: Destination I/A: Origin This is a Critical Application Item. Contractor First Article Testing (FAT) and Fit Testing apply to this procurement. A Digital Mylar and Export Control restrictions also apply. The Delivery Objective is 328 days for the First Article Report, 30 days for Review, and 238 days for the Production Quantity for a total requested delivery of 596 days ARO. Ship to will be CONUS stock locations, as specified on the Delivery Order. This will be a competitively awarded contract and best value selection methods will be used. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD). Solicitation issue date is January 3, 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
