Description

Janitorial Services for Savoy and Milan Illinois ATCT ™s The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified contractors interested in providing offers for Janitorial Services at two Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCT). This is not a Screening Information Request (SIR) or Request for Proposal (RFP). See Section III for documentation required to be submitted and evaluated to determine which vendors receive the solicitation. SECTION I REQUIREMENT SCOPE This project is for janitorial services at two Air Traffic Control Tower ™s (ATCT) located in Savoy and Milan Illinois. The contractor must furnish all equipment, labor, material, tools and supervision required. Savoy IL, ATCT The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies and material, equipment, tools, and supervision to provide janitorial service for an estimated 5,294 square feet at the Federal Aviation Administration, Air Traffic Control Tower located in Savoy Illinois. Daily cleaning shall be performed seven days per week (including National Holidays) between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the following areas: 1.Air Traffic Control Tower Cab 2.TRACON 3.Ready Room 4.Restrooms Daily cleaning shall be performed five (5) days per week (Monday through Friday excluding National Holidays) between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., in all other areas(unless otherwise noted). All window washing (interior and exterior, excluding cab windows) shall be performed during daylight hours. Milan IL ATCT The contractor shall furnish all labor. supplies and material, equipment, tools, and supervision to provide janitorial service for an estimated 4,802 square feet at the Federal Aviation Administration, Air Traffic Control Tower, located in Milan, Illinois. Daily cleaning shall be performed seven days per week (including National Holidays) between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. in the following areas: I. Air Traffic Control Tower Cab 2. TRACON 3. Break Room 4. Restrooms Daily cleaning shall be performed five (5) days per week (Monday through Friday excluding National Holidays) between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., in all other areas (unless otherwise noted). All window washing (interior and exterior, excluding cab windows) shall be performed during daylight hours. SECTION II- CONTRACT TYPE AND EVALUATION CRITERIA Award will be made to the responsive and responsible offeror whose offer results in the lowest total price for the two locations for five years (base + four option years). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561720, Janitorial Services, The small business size standard is $18 Million. This requirement will be a competitive 100% small business set-aside. SECTION III- GO/NO GO CRITERIA The initial information submitted will be evaluated on a Go/No-Go basis. Offerors must receive a œGo � on all of the following criteria to be considered a viable offeror and receive the solicitation. The Government reserves the right to perform clarifications/discussions with any offerors. To receive a œGo � rating to receive the solicitation, for experience performing janitorial services at FAA or similar sized facilities (see details below), and complete the following documents: 1.Business Declaration 2.Past Experience Information* *To receive a œGo � rating for past experience, the offeror must provide three (3) janitorial services contracts, performed at FAA facilities or similar sized facilities, with contract values over $150,000.00 per project, completed in the past five years. The information provided will also be used as part of the responsibility determination. Responses must be emailed to patricia.mogck@faa.gov, no later than 13:00(Central Standard Time) by 01/09/2017. Failure to submit all required information will deem the request for solicitation as non-responsive.
