- Description
- This is a notice of intent that the WR-ALC anticipates a Firm Fixed Price contract which will provide for the reverse engineer, design/developement, manufacture, test and delvery of GCAS prototypes that meet F3I requirements of the ADC PN HG1131AA01 with NSN 6610-01-393-2388, GCAC PN 965-0636-003-B02-B03 with NSN 5841-01-463-3343, and GCAC PN 965-0636-003-B02-B02 with NSN 5841-01-449-9255. The use of solders and components manufactured with pure Tin materials is prohibited unless coordinated with and approved by the government's system engineering office. The supplier(s) of the F3I GCAS must have a Quality Assurance (QA) program and systems engineering process to minimize the potential of any deficiencies, mitigate risk, and to avoid schedule slips. The supplier(s) shall provide all labor, parts, and test equipment necessary to support these requirements. The proposed contract action is for FULL and OPEN COMPETITION. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability by responding to the requirement by submitting a proposal. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposal. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any concerning this acquisition. Numbered Notes 22 and 23 apply.
