- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Sex Offender Treatment Services in the Las Vegas, Nevada area. The location where services are to be provided should be accessible to local public transportation and should be within a 10 mile radius of the Las Vegas City Hall located at 495 South Main Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89101. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on April 01, 2017 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on March 31, 2022. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: Estimated Number of Sex Offender Inmates = 15 Sex Offender Treatment Services: Administration Fee (76 per authorized inmate) for 15 inmates = 1140 fees Client Transportation Expenses (One Way) 76 rides for 15 inmates= 1140 rides Sex Offender-Specific Evaluation and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 15 inmates = 15 reports Penile Plethysmograph and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 15 inmates = 15 reports Polygraph Exam and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 15 inmates = 15 reports Polygraph Maintenance and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 15 inmates = 15 reports Abel Assessment for Sexual Interests (one per authorized inmate) for 15 inmates= 15 assessments Sex Offender Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 15 = 720 units Prisons (Bureau) Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment Program, Sex Offender Treatment Services, Statement of Work February 2012, Revision 01, April 2013, PSB, Revision 02, December 2015, PSB. The request for quote will be available on or after January 05, 2017 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about February 06, 2017. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
