Description

Change in pre-proposal location This Solicitation is for custodial, grounds maintenance and related services with a Performance-Based Statement of Work (PBSOW) for Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 255 East Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012-3332. As a performance-based contract, the requirements are stated in terms of desired results with associated quality standards. The Pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for December 22, 2016, 10:30 AM-PST at the Roybal Federal Building located at 255 E. Temple Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012 Solicitation Amendment 0001 issued on 12/2/2016. Solicitation Amendment 0002 issued 12/7/2016. Amendment 0003 is issued to provide notice of the change in location for the Pre-proposal conference scheduled for December 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM PST. The Pre-proposal conference will be held at the Los Angeles Federal Building located at 300 N. L.A., Los Angeles, CA 90012 on December 22, 2016 at 11:00 AM PST. All attendees must bring a valid photo ID to enter the premises.
