- Solicitation Package The Embassy of the United States in Moldova is launching the solicitation for providing of health insurance services to the locally hired employees of the US Mission. The estimated number of employees is 58 single and 166 with eligible dependents. Please note these are only estimated quantities. The anticipated performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one year periods at the option of the Government, 2017- 2022. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps. SAM registration is required pursuant to FAR provision 5.207, and prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. No electronic offers will be accepted. Please mail your offer to the contracting office listed in this notice prior to the response date and time.
