- Justification and Approval DOE Oak Ridge Office IGF::OT::IGF The review of plans and the execution of plans for the proper shutdown, dismantlement, decontamination and disposition of classified and contaminated DOE-owned/leased personal property (Exhibit B of the Gas Centrifuge Enrichment Plant (GCEP)lease); for disposition of sensitive, but unclassified (Export Controlled Information and Unclassified Controlled Nuclear Information) material; removal or retention of Centrus capital improvements, including coordination with DOE's Office of Environmental Management Portsmouth Paducah Project Office; and for additional activities in advance of termination of the NRC's combined license with Centrus, termination of DOE's GCEP lease with Centrus, termination of the K-1600 lease with Centrus, and return of all remaining facilities to DOE. The services include inspection of classified cyber security systems at four different NRC licensees' facilities and their vendor facilities. Performance of these services requires knowledge of each licensee's and vendor's classified cyber security systems and facilities, previous system accreditation and reaccreditations, plus knowledge of the NRC's classified requirements.
