- PRON: AX6F6802AX. The Government proposes to acquire on a Five Year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract a minimum quantity of 117 each up to 300 each maximum of a Control Unit, Pump, NSN: 2915-01-514-0600, Part Number: HM029-065-21 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 117 each, 203 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Forecasted quantities are: 1st Year, 117 each, 2nd Year, 45 each, 3rd Year, 45 each, 4th Year, 50 each, and 5th Year 43 each. This item is restricted to ROBERTSON FUEL SYSTEMS, CAGE CODE: 1T765. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
